When you join River Stone Nurse Practitioners, you’ll have access to primary care appointments for all ages with any member of our experienced team. Our flexible appointment options include in-person, virtual, and telephone consultations, so you can choose the format that works best for you.
We provide a broad range of healthcare services, including lab work, diagnostic imaging, and specialist referrals. Managing your medications and prescriptions is also covered, giving you peace of mind that everything is taken care of.
Your membership includes all necessary forms and letters, as well as personalized health navigation services. Whether you need support for mental health or women’s health, our team will guide you. You’ll even receive expert medical opinions and second opinions whenever required.
How Much is the Membership Fee?
Our membership fee is straightforward and covers a full year of care:
- Individual Adult Membership: $975.00
- Couples: $1950
- Family of Three: $2632.50 ($877.50 per member)
- Families of Four or More: $828.75 per member
